Con la mostra al Whitney Museum è coinciso anche il lancio della collezione "Louis Vuittons-Yayoi Kusama". La collezione che si è avuta grazie alla collaborazione della regina dei pois con Marc Jacobs, interpreta i valori più emblematici della produzione dell'artista (i pois, la rete infinita, i nervi bimorfici, i fiori e le zucche). The launch of the collection "Louis Vuittons-Yayoi Kusama" coincided with the opening of the Kusama exhibition at the Whitney Museum.
