T-SHIRT POWER/GIRLS POWER

In principio furono Dior e Prabal Gurung che nella collezione Inverno 2017/18 hanno fatto sfilare t-shirt con slogan femministi. Le abbiamo viste indossare da attrici,  modelle  e influencer. A ruota i marchi low cost hanno  prodotto le loro magliette "femministe" e forte anche delle recenti battaglie contro le molestie sessuali, del movimento "Time’s" la coscienza femminile si è risvegliata. Ma non sono più donne sciatte e trasandate a rivendicare i loro diritti,  al contrario sono bellissime creature impeccabili ed eleganti che attraverso una semplice maglietta esprimono un sentimento comune che unisce fortemente le donne in questo periodo. E quindi rifacendoci alla famosa frase di Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie: We Should All Be Feminists.

BODYSUIT IS BACK

The body is born as undergarment around the 20's, it is also used for dance and for the gymnasts. In the 70's getting the clothing of the teen-agers, in the 80s becomes high-leg cut, in the first decades of 2000 it almost  disappears  to reappear some years ago in urban wear and sportswear collections. Sexy, edgy, protect against the cold, less practical if you beat the rush to the bathroom. Those proposed in the catwalks are sober, not high-leg cut but full of color.

 Il body nasce come indumento intimo intorno agli anni '20, viene inoltre utilizzato per la danz a e  per le ginnaste. Negli anni '70 comincia a far parte dell'abbigliamento delle teen-ager,  negli anni '80 diventa sgambatissimo, nei primi decenni del 2000 quasi scompare per riapparire da un po' di tempo nelle collezioni sportswear e urbanwear. Sexy, grintosi, proteggono dal freddo, meno pratici se ti scappa di correre al bagno. Quelli proposti nelle passerelle sono sobri, poco sgambati ma pieni di colore.
