In these hot months in my bag there are 3 small products that I love to spray on my face​.

Eau Thermale Avène
The water comes from the Avène spring in the South of France, which has a high mineral concentration and soothing, anti-inflammatory properties that may help to treat skin conditions like atopic dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, and burns. The nitrogen is for atomizing purposes only, so it's easiest to think of this as pure thermal spring water

Caudalie Grape Water

3 STEPS WITH 3 FILORGA MASKS

With these Filorga masks the brand oxygenate, nourish, plump, smooth, and brighten my skin.

1° step:Reoxigenating exfoliating mask. I really love that mask, already during the application I feel my skin reoxigenate. Perlite spheres exfoliate the skin while a proteolic enzyme boosts skin desquamation. When the scrub is completed, the texture trasforms into an active mousse.  Micro-bubble of oxygen are released to enable suffocate skin to breathe.

After rinsing-off the scrub mask I apply the Oxygen glow mask: in 10 minutes this mask boosts radiance instantly of the skin.  It's formulated with the brand's Super-Skin Boosting Factors complex, which combines an energizing oxygen-releaser, a smoothing hyaluronic acid to provide a plumper appearance and clarifying L-enzyme to leave skin looking flawless day after day.

TIPS FOR COMPUTER EYE STRAIN RELIEF

The high levels of exposure to blue light from screens can have serious and potentially irreversible impacts on our health. Long exposure to high energy particles at the blue end of the visible light spectrum can damage receptors in the eye. Major operating systems have acknowledged the dangers of blue light and provided blue light filters. Nightshift on Mac OS and iOS, Night Mode on Android, and Blue Light Settings in Windows. Eyewear is essential to circumvent the effects of high-intensity light, Blue-light blocking glasses have filters in their lenses that block or absorb blue light. Rest your eyes every 20 minutes. Look 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Get up at least every 2 hours and take a 15-minute break. Occasionally do some eye exercises, for example rotate the pupils from top to bottom and from right to left. It is possible to support your eyes’ natural protection by consuming foods or supplements rich in key nutrients. Lutein and zeaxanthin occur naturally in foods like spinach, kale and other leafy greens. While meso-zeaxanthin can be found in certain fish.
Dr. Hauschka Eye Revive refreshing compresses soothe tired eyes and it offers refreshment to tired, puffy or red eyes. This soothing herbal solution reduces the appearance of puffiness in the skin around the eyes and comforts eyes exposed to computer screen.
Extracts of eyebright, anthyllis, chamomile and camellia comfort eyes, while fennel extract soothes skin and visibly diminishes puffiness. Make the most of 10-15 minutes with these refreshing compresses. They leave the eyes feeling rejuvenated, and the skin looking smoother, with diminished dark circles and lines.
 For a maximum hydratation I add Dr. Hauschka Eye Balm that supports elasticity, minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and protects the delicate skin around the eyes. Skin is moisturized, firmed and fortified. It is a thick balm that stays on the skin. 100% organic, it's formulated with carrot, calendula and anthyllis soothe delicate skin while apricot kernel oil, jojoba oil and beeswax moisturize and soften dry skin and visibly smooth fine lines. Neem leaf and silk powder fortify and firm.

PIT STOP HYDRATION

In the morning I hydrate my skin and in the evening I nourish it, but during the day if I feel the need to refresh my skin I do a 'pit stop' and I spray Jowaé moisturizing water on my face. With antioxidant Lumiphenols & Sakura Flower Water All skin types, even the most sensitive. 88% of ingredients of natural origin Hydrates, plumps and quenches thirst. The Lumiphenols are originated from sempervivum tectorum, a plant capable of resisting the most extreme conditions. The complexion is fresh and bright. Immediately afterI apply the Jowaé light moisturizer with antioxidant Lumiphenols and Sakura flower water for normal and combination skin. It combines Lumiphenols with sakura flower water, a beauty water with refreshing proprieties. Skin is moisturised, plumped and balanced. The complexion is fresh and glowing.
In this way my skin is fresh and hydrated all day long.

VITAMINICA

Every morning after washing my face I apply two treatments with vitamin C: I start with the more liquid one and then apply the denser one on top. Florence organic serum with vitamin C and enriched with vitamin E and hyaluronic acid it is free of parabens, silicones and alcohol, it absorbs immediately and its ingredients help to treat fine lines making the skin look radiant and youthful. The serum dries quickly and leaves the skin more taut and plumped. A moisturizer should be applied after the serum, but before applying the cream, I usually apply another more thick serum on the face: Endocare C. Fast-absorbing serum that protects the skin from damage caused by environmental stressors (free radicals, urban contaminants). Its formula combines EDAFENCE®, innovative anti-pollution technology with proven efficacy, against heavy metals, tobacco smoke and urban pollutants with our SCA® Growth Factor Technology with antioxidant activity and repair.  The best thing to do for the skin, however, is to take a lot of vitamin C, and nothing gives me more energy than a good centrifuge or a juice. To make up for the deficiency of this vitamin I assume vitamin C Principium C1000 mg Tre-Tard Vitamin C with triple release for a gradual absorption It is a high dosage Vitamin C supplement, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system and protects cells from oxidative stress. Furthermore, it helps bones, teeth, muscles, skin and joints to stay healthy. SPRING EXFOLIATION

Tomorrow is officially spring, but unfortunately we cannot enjoy the good weather for walking in the parks or under the sun. So let's take advantage of this period in which we cannot expose ourselves to solar radiation to exfoliate our skin. In these days I am using three products that are giving me a good result.
In the evening after cleansing the skin, I apply the Filorga re-oxygenating micro-peeling lotion that took inspiration from its expertise in aesthetic medicine to create OXYGEN-PEEL, a daily lotion suitable for all skin types for a new skin effect, Intensive smoothing: (6 acids) micro-peeling cocktail gently exfoliates the skin and smoothes wrinkles and pores. o finish I apply Shakti alpha hydroxy acid cream 10% with vitis vinifera, passiflora, ananas sativa and citrus limonum. This cream induces a slight exfoliation of the surface cells, it's indicated in the prevention of the first signs of aging. Used it every evening the small wrinkles are reduced and the skin appears more compact, smooth and brighten.

3 STEPS FOR A BRIGHT FACE

Three steps for a bright face:

1: exfoliate the face with Sisley GENTLE FACIAL BUFFING CREAM Crème Gommante pour le visage Rich in exfoliating Bamboo micro-particles of natural origin, the Gentle Facial Buffing Cream sweeps away dead skin cells and impurities. This isn't one of those harsh scrubs that take a layer off. the creamy formula sets to a mask and you're advised to leave it on a while, I then add water and emulsify it so I feel the benefit of the scrubby beads to exfoliate and rinse off. It gently refines the skin texture thanks to the soothing properties of German Chamomile extract. The exfoliant increases the skin's receptiveness to other skin care products in the routine. It leaves your skin nice and smooth and it feels fresh and healthy. It buffs away every impurity and prepares the skin for the next products.

2. Mene & Moy (M&M Systems) Glycolic Acid Masque 10% stimulates and cleanses pores, tighten, tones and nourishes skin. Perfect for all skin types, it's specially indicated for acne and oily skin treatment. Deep cleansing, exfoliating facial mask containing 10% glycolic acid. pH 3.00. Frequent use provides an excellent defense against the elements which clog and block pores. Smooth a thin layer over the face,forehead and neck. Allow to dry for 2-5 mins and wash off with water and I usually add some drops of olive oil to cleanse and soften my face.

3:Bionike Defense B-Lucent Concentrated Anti-Spotting is an intensive treatment that favors the attenuation of brown spots and prevents their appearance, helping to make the complexion brighter and more uniform.it must be followed with the application of a moisturising cream that replenishes skin.

MY NECK ROUTINE

My routine for the neck:
Morning: Shiseido Concentrated Neck Contour Treatment - A concentrated, age-defense retexturizing cream specially designed to support the unique needs of the neck and décolletage area. Restores a feeling of firmness and reduces the appearance of wrinkles and creases for a deeply nourished, silky-smooth look. I take up a small amount of cream on fingertips, starting from the center of the neck and moving outward, I apply to skin with a circular motion.
Night: Neostrata triple firming neck cream - This antiaging neck cream is formulated with three clinically proven ingredients, each with a unique action to deliver optimal lifting and firming. Pro-Amino Acid helps target collagen in the skin, while NeoCitriate® and NeoGlucosamine help target collagen. Once a week: Neck& Chin Lift by Dr.Jart+ - Helastic hydrogel patch helps the skin appear lifted and tightened while the dots on the patch apply pressure for a better feel and enhance the delivery of the concentrated ingredients. The mask can be awkward as the holes for the ears might not actually reach your ears and the lower neck portion can flap around vs. stick to your skin, so I recommend lying down flat for the 30 minutes.

A simple exercise to strengthen the neck muscles: fix the hands at the base of the neck and open and close the mouth raising the jaw as much as possible. Repeat the movement for one minute.

3 simple ingredients for a DIY Neck Mask: Take one tablespoon of warm honey in a bowl and mix it with one egg yolk and one tablespoon of olive oil. Blend all ingredients until very smooth and very thick cream texture. Apply the natural skin tightening face mask all over your neck and décolletage. After about ten minutes, take the mask off and rinse.

I recommend both of them.

POST-HOLIDAY SKIN CARE

One of the best things you can do for your skin post- holiday is to give it rich and nutritious ingredients like DMAE.
DMAE, in the form of facial cream, is being looked at for improving skin quality for aging skin when applied as a 3% facial cream. It shows benefits in improving the appearance of coarse wrinkles, under-eye dark circles, nasolabial folds, sagging neck skin, and neck firmness and is generally very well tolerated. MD Neuropeptide Firming Moisturiser, created by dermatologist and nutritionist Dr. Perricone, it contains DMAE, of course, that helps to firm and lift the appearance of skin; phospholipids, that help to repair, protect and hydrate skin and tocotrienols, that nourish damaged, dry or sensitive skin. This cream is quite expensive, it costs € 298, but I alternate it with a cheaper cream, like Belif-The true cream- moisturising bomb. It's a comforting moisturizing cream that provides skin with intense hydration, leaving it supple, smooth, and deeply nourished. This formula contains a blend of apothecary herbs, including comfrey leaf, a powerful hydrating agent. It’s light weight and smooth and really gets the skin soft and one of the most remarkable things is the price: €35!
