CHANEL CRUISE IN CUBA

Colourful and freedom: this is the theme of  Chanel Cruise collection showed yesterday in Cuba. Eighty-nine male and female models, 25-minute show, including tweed, shorts, colorful stripes, l calf-lenght or mid-thigh, strictly flat shoes, bright colours, transparencies and sparkling, glittering panamas and berets; iconic is the t-shirt with "Viva Coco Libré" that release the meaning of all collection.

FASHION PHOTOGRAPHERS - CORINNE DAY

Corinne Day was a British photographer,she left the school at 16 and it is noted in 1989 for a series of images made using his friends as models and portraying them with a knowing look and inside the world it describes. Typical representative of the new photography English,she influence on the style and perception of photography in the early 1990s has been immense. As a self taught photographer, Day brought a more hard edged documentary look to fashion image making, in which she often included biographical elements. Corinne begins publishing of independent magazines, then she was regularly commissioned by British, Italian and Japanese Vogue. Corinne Day was the photographer of a generation – the woman credited with launching Kate Moss’s career, she spent the 90s working for magazines from The Face to Vogue and establishing a raw, documentary-style aesthetic within fashion photography.

WHEN A SUPERMODEL SING

Some top models impressed us with quite a talent, like Milla Jovovich and Karen Elson , with a couple of cd's and a few concerts . Some others as Mrs. Carla Bruni, turned into a real profession, Naomi made just one cd, which became quite successful in Japan. Then ther's Kate , who's definitely more passionate about musicians then music, she joined her ex Pete Doherty in a couple of works, she also joined Primal Scream, Oasis and Lemongrass . Then we all know Giselle, who just sings for a remake of the "heart of glass" produced by Bob Sinclair, and also Karen Mulder's career did not turn into a success. Well will surely remand them for their career in the fashion industry, but are surely others the singers that we'll keep in our heart!

THE G.J.'S OBSESSION
