THIS DRESS WAS A SKIRT
It was very easy to make this dress.
It was necessary just to add some straps to the skirt end a belt to give it a right shape.
How to made cap sleeves: cut the lace edge of an old panty, apply them on an elastic straps, to complete you can apply a little satin rose on the seam.
Et voilà ..the dress is ready!
