CALA MARTINA - ES CANAR -IBIZA

At the southern end of Es Canar, close to Hippy Market, there is the sandy beach of Cala Martina, backed by the Chirincana campsite, it's one of the most popular beaches for the island's windsurfers when the south wind blows, from here you can admire the islets of En Caragoler and En Moreneller, the island of Rodona and the island of Santa Eulària.
The Chirincana Beach Bar is a popular spot for the young hippie crowd. The most beautiful place to take a bath is the cale with a little wooden pier between the sandy beach and a pine grove, here
the sea is very beautiful, turquoise, crystal clear and transparent, and absolutely not crowded.

JAKARANDA LOUNGE-ES CANAR-IBIZA

The Jacaranda Lounge is in a lovely spot in Es Canar ibiza.
It's a lounge bar and restaurant with an Olympic size swimming pool with a pool bar (stools in the water) on the private beach surrounded by all white large beds with canopies and a DJ playing groovy music.
At night it turns into a club where you sip cocktails comfortably lying on hammocks, sofas, chairs under the stars.
It's not my cup of tea but in its kind it's not bad.

CALA NOVA - IBIZA

I'm living in Es Canar, so the closest beach from here is Cala Nova. Cala Nova is a wide, long curve of sandy beach. It has blissfully shallow waters over clean, golden sand which extend quite a way into the sea. With the right wind Cala Nova is one of Ibiza's few beaches with decent surf, and is therefore very popular with the few yet dedicated surfers on the island. The surrounding scenery is wild and natural with a little hill covered in pine trees. You can walk around the headland to the left to bring you to the small cove of Cala Leña, to the right takes you to Es Cana. On the Es Caná side of the beach sits high on the cliff the Atzaro Beach Club, the coastal outpost to one of Ibiza's best inland hideaways.
