For his latest appointment, Popular Helvetica - the exhibition of the Swiss Institute of Rome dedicated to the relationship between popular culture and music - back to think about the concept of folk music and how it continues to reinvent itself. Simon Green aka BONOBO ieri sera a Roma alla Città dell'Altra Economia, con un live dal vivo che sta facendo sold out in tutta Europa. Contaminazioni jazz, dub e soul nel suo quinto album "The North Borders", dal vivo suoni elettronici preparati in studio, accompagnati da un pianista, un chitarrista, un sassofonista, strumenti a corda, effetti elettronici e batteria e la voce celestiale di Bajka, Bonobo al basso.

VILLA APERTA-GESAFFELSTEIN + BRODINSKI

Closing evening of Saturday, for the Villa Aperta festival in the beautiful setting of Villa Medici.
On stage: Gesaffelstein, Brodinski, Links and The Hacker.
 Mike Levy aka Gesaffelstein ended the evening with his dark and almost hardcore sounds, inspired by 90's techno. The electronic dark of the 14 tracks on the "Aleph" album were accompanied by an interesting visual part, beautiful lights and as usual, beautiful and stylish him.
 Same label (Bromance) and same stage for Brodinski which anticipated the Gesaffeilstein's live with his techno full of rap contamination.

Si è concluso con la serata di sabato, il festival Villa Aperta nella stupenda cornice di Villa Medici. Ad alternarsi sul palco Gesaffelstein, Brodinski, Links e The Hacker.
Mike Lévy aka Gesaffelstein ha chiuso meravigliosamente la serata con i suoi suoni dark quasi hardcore di ispirazione techno anni '90. L'elettronica cupa dei 14 brani dell'album Aleph sono stati accompagnati da una interessante parte visual, belle le luci e come al solito bello ed elegante lui.
Stessa etichetta (Bromance) e stesso palco anche per Brodinski che ha anticipato il live di Gesaffeilstein con la sua techno piena di contaminazioni rap.
