SCOSTUMISTA IN THE KITCHEN: I MADE VEGGIE BOUNTY

Quick and easy to prepare, vegan bounty bars require just few ingredients and 15 minutes to prepare:




Ingredients: Grated Coconut, Coconut oil, Coconut milk, maple syrup, dark chocolate, vanilla (optional)

put the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spatula

meanwhile melt the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over a pan with boiling water (being.marie)
With your hands shape small amounts of the coconut mixture into bars.
Place the coconut bars on a baking tray covered with silver paper and leave them to rest in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Dip each bar into the bowl with melted chocolate and then put your  bounty bars to set for about 15 minutes in the fridge
After 15 minutes they are ready to be eaten.


Trust me, if you like coconut, these are delicious!
