SPRING EXFOLIATION

Tomorrow is officially spring, but unfortunately we cannot enjoy the good weather for walking in the parks or under the sun. So let's take advantage of this period in which we cannot expose ourselves to solar radiation to exfoliate our skin. In these days I am using three products that are giving me a good result.
In the evening after cleansing the skin, I apply the Filorga re-oxygenating micro-peeling lotion that took inspiration from its expertise in aesthetic medicine to create OXYGEN-PEEL, a daily lotion suitable for all skin types for a new skin effect, Intensive smoothing: (6 acids) micro-peeling cocktail gently exfoliates the skin and smoothes wrinkles and pores. Then I apply Perricone MD Exfoliating Peel that proven to increase cell renewal by 100% after 18 days, this liquid peel glides onto skin to target & eliminate dead skin cells, rebalance skin's hydration & plump the appearance of fine lines over time. An ideal final step in any cleansing routine to help reveal visibly smoother, softer, more radiant looking skin. T
o finish I apply Shakti alpha hydroxy acid cream 10% with vitis vinifera, passiflora, ananas sativa and citrus limonum. This cream induces a slight exfoliation of the surface cells, it's indicated in the prevention of the first signs of aging. Used it every evening the small wrinkles are reduced and the skin appears more compact, smooth and brighten.

3 STEPS FOR A BRIGHT FACE

Three steps for a bright face:

1: exfoliate the face with Sisley GENTLE FACIAL BUFFING CREAM Crème Gommante pour le visage Rich in exfoliating Bamboo micro-particles of natural origin, the Gentle Facial Buffing Cream sweeps away dead skin cells and impurities. This isn't one of those harsh scrubs that take a layer off. the creamy formula sets to a mask and you're advised to leave it on a while, I then add water and emulsify it so I feel the benefit of the scrubby beads to exfoliate and rinse off. It gently refines the skin texture thanks to the soothing properties of German Chamomile extract. The exfoliant increases the skin's receptiveness to other skin care products in the routine. It leaves your skin nice and smooth and it feels fresh and healthy. It buffs away every impurity and prepares the skin for the next products.

2. Mene & Moy (M&M Systems) Glycolic Acid Masque 10% stimulates and cleanses pores, tighten, tones and nourishes skin. Perfect for all skin types, it's specially indicated for acne and oily skin treatment. Deep cleansing, exfoliating facial mask containing 10% glycolic acid. pH 3.00. Frequent use provides an excellent defense against the elements which clog and block pores. Smooth a thin layer over the face,forehead and neck. Allow to dry for 2-5 mins and wash off with water and I usually add some drops of olive oil to cleanse and soften my face.

3:Bionike Defense B-Lucent Concentrated Anti-Spotting is an intensive treatment that favors the attenuation of brown spots and prevents their appearance, helping to make the complexion brighter and more uniform.it must be followed with the application of a moisturising cream that replenishes skin.

I-SCRUB

Meccanical Scrub to clean my face skin, from the most delicate to the most "aggressive" for a bright and cleasing skin.
Every evening with Clarisonic Plus, with sonic technology gently removes the impurities traditional cleaning methods,it has the power to remove 30 times more age-accellerating pollutants than manual cleansing. It should be used as part of a daily skin care routine to provide skin that feels and looks smoother.
Twice a week: Natural Cocoon silkwarm: silk balls thread on the tips of fingers to clean the skin. Produce  by bugs before becoming moths, Cocoons gently exfoliate, perfect for sensitive skin, it remove impurities and dead cells. Geishas in Kyoto have used them for centuries, Japanese women are obsessed with beautiful skin.
Once a month I make a deeper scrub with "loofah", it's a natural sponge, a distant cousin of the cucumber, Exfoliates, rids the skin of a dead cells and above all it reactivates microcirculation. The looofah sponge is ipoallergenic: it's not treated and chemically bleached. We should always wash and dry to prevent stagnating and multiply of bacteria.

Tutte le sere con Clarisonic Plus,con tecnologia sonica pulisce perfettamente la pelle con le sue oltre 300 micro oscillazioni al secondo. Ha un dispositivo T-timer che segnala durante ogni ciclo quando è il momento di spostarsi su un'altra zona da trattare: 20 secondi su fronte, 20 secondi naso e mento e 10 secondi su ciascuna guancia. Si può usare anche sotto la doccia perchè è impermeabile.
Due volte a settimana:Natural Cocoon silkwarm: batuffoli di seta da infilare sulla punta delle dita per pulire la pelle. Prodotte dai bachi prima di trasformarsi in falene, i bozzoli esfoliano gentilmente, perfetti per chi ha la pelle sensibile, rimuovono impurità e cellule morte. 
Le geishe a Kyoto le hanno usate per secoli, le giapponesi sono sempre state ossessionate per la  bellezza della pelle.
Una volta al mese faccio uno scrub più profondo con la loofah, è una spugna tutta naturale, deriva da una pianta simile ad una zucchina, esfolia, libera la  pelle dalle cellule morte e soprattutto riattiva la microcircolazione.
La spugna di luffa è ipoallergenica: non viene trattata né sbiancata chimicamente. Bisogna sempre  lavarla e asciugarla bene per evitare che i batteri ristagnino e si moltiplichino.
