Three steps for a bright face:

Frequent use provides an excellent defense against the elements which clog and block pores. Smooth a thin layer over the face,forehead and neck. Allow to dry for 2-5 mins and wash off with water and I usually add some drops of olive oil to cleanse and soften my face.

3:Bionike Defense B-Lucent Concentrated Anti-Spotting is an intensive treatment that favors the attenuation of brown spots and prevents their appearance, helping to make the complexion brighter and more uniform.it must be followed with the application of a moisturising cream that replenishes skin.

HOW TO MAKE A DIY SHEET MASK

How to make an homemade sheet-face mask

 Sheet mask allows to the serum to sit on your skin without evaporating. To create a DIY sheet mask, we can reused a old sheet mask (in this case wash it with soap and gently dry) or a a piece of cotton gauze. Meanwhile prepare the serum:

Ingredients for hydrating and anti-agyng mask:
 - Honey
 - Distilled water -
 -Rosehip seed oil or Avocado oil
 -3 lemon drops

Instructions:
Combine half cup of distilled water, a teaspoon of honey and 8 drops of rosehip or avocado oil and the 3 lemon drops into a bowl

Ingredients for purifyng and brightening mask:
-Honey
-Distilled water
- 1 egg white.-
-Half tablespoon of matcha tea powder
- 5 lemon drops

Instructions:
Combine half cup of distilled water, a teaspoon of honey, 1 egg white, half teaspoon of matcha tea powder and the 5 lemon drops into a bawl

Mix the ingredients together with a spoon
Dip your sheet mask into the bowl
Remove mask from formula and squeeze excess liquid out until mask stops dripping
 (Optional: place the sheet-mask in the fridge for 30 minutes for a cooling treatment.)
 Apply the mask to your face, leave on for 20-30 minutes.
Remove mask and massage the excess serum from your skin

Anti-Puffiness eye mask.DIY
We need:
Aloe vera
Chamomile flowers
2 tea bags
2 cotton pads

Heat the aloe gel and mix with chamomile flowers, filter, immerse the cotton pad into the mixture, apply on eyes for 5 minutes. Immediately after, apply the tea bags previously placed in the fridge. Keep posing another 5 minutes.

Ci servono:

Fiori di camomilla
2 bustine di thè
2 dischetti di cotone

Riscaldare il gel di aloe e mescolare con fiori di camomilla, filtrare, immergere il dischetto di cotone nella miscela, applicare sugli occhi per 5 minuti. Subito dopo, applicare le bustine di tè in precedenza messi in frigorifero. Tenere in posa altri 5 minuti.

Lenitiva idratante indicata in caso di eritemi, pelle disidratata e sensibile, io la uso soprattutto dopo aver fatto un trattamento all'acido glicolico. Gli elementi idratanti della sua formula contribuiscono a ripristinare la barriera cutanea e favoriscono un'ottima idratazione della pelle. Azione nutritiva grazie all'olio di cartamo.
